New Feral Press is the latest iteration of The Feral Press/Prehensile Pencil Publications. Our authors write poetry (including translations into English), short fiction, and essays. The Prehensile Pencil imprint is reserved for books composed purely of type with no illustrations. This may be the choice of the author or of the press inconsideration of the work itself. The work of past contributors may be found in Archives. We welcome their future manuscripts as well as those of both established and emerging writers. We are seeking whatever is unique and original. We accept unsolicited manuscripts of not more than 25 pages and may request to see additional work.
